It does on musescore.com too (and a factory reset is something you surely didn't do there).
The volta does look fishy. You can't have a volta that starts mid measure.
Also you're using multiple end repeat barlines with a matching start repeat
And a D.C al code, with the coda being the start of the score (so the same as a plaion D.C.) and no To Coda

fixed. It was the volta, as specified in the original notation
