Website playback doesn't work

Playback on the Musescore website doesn't work for me for about an hour every 4 hours. I don't understand why. I press the play button, but it doesn't play anything, it only highlights the first measure. Log out and log in again doesn't change anything nor switching from mobile phone to computer or Musescore app and conversely. Does anyone have the same problem? Thanks for help
