Frozen window

Hello, I'm hoping you can help me. I was trying to export my score as a PNG image. However, the application froze and it isn't allowing me to do anything. I can't even shut down my computer or quit the program. It's completely frozen. Please let me know about any solutions for this problem. Thank you very much!
