Stems and beans in bass tablature (around rests)
In a bass tab... Is there any way to connect stems around rests, e.g. songsterr style? It makes reading much easier, but I could not find a way to do this.
And by the way... How do you display muted notes ("(X)")

SHift+X marks a note muted. The Beam Properties palette can be used to override beam defaults, such as to set a rest to "beam middle".
