procedure entry point

I am trying to download MuseScore 3. It says successfully downloaded, and I installed it. When I try to start MuseScore I get the following error message: The procedure entry point TryAcquireSRWLockExclusive could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL 32.dll.
Appreciate any suggestions you have.
