how can I create this special appoggiatura? (Needed in recitativos)

Hello everybody,

has anybody an idea how I could create this special appoggiatura (see the attached screenshot)? It is needed to indicate how some notes in a baroque recitativo should be performed. So what I need is to create a small and short stave above the notes with only the two notes in it.
Do you think this is possible?
