Add the ability for Staff/System lines to anchor the end point to the right edge of a chord instead of the end of the segment.
Use case: horizontal "brackets" for music analysis.

Right now we special case pretty much each line type in terms of how we calculate the endpoint - ottava vs pedal vs hairpin etc. Which is kind of silly really - these should be different alignment types you can select from in a dropdown list or whatever, that default to appropriate values but as easily changeable. And it does come up from time to time that someone wants an ottava line longer or whatever.
