Note names in noteheads
I miss being able to add notenames to (some or all) the noteheads? I know Sibelius has a plugin like that and I used it a lot for my students. I there any way to alter the noteheads right now? Different styles or sizes?

I just realized the Bravura font (included with 2.0 beta/nightly builds) includes a whole slew of these noteheads - solid, half, and whole versions of each of the letters A-G, plus version with accidentals, etc. So you can manually create this effect in 2.0 build by first marking the note invisible then attaching the appropriate symbol to the note.
I wonder if it would be possibly to get the notenames plugin to do this instead of just using plain text?
