Inspectors and Voltas

Hi there. I'm trying to create a section in a bass part with four repeats. I need a first, second and third ending together and a separate fourth ending. The manual says to go to the Inspector - which is supposed to be displayed by default on the right side of the part but it's nowhere to be found. Once I have it, I need to work in it with a Volta, which I am not able to make sense of at this point. Any advice?
