Musescore crashing when i press shift+d

Keys to press:
1. Press and hold [SHIFT]
2. Press [D]

Expected behaviour: Adds a D one octave higher than a selected note
Actual behaviour: MuseScore Crashes

Workaround: Use the mouse to click and add the D

Remarks:
1. I can't confirm if this happens if you press D on a MIDI keyboard because I don't own one
2. I can't show footage of this because I tried recording but it said the video file is too large
