Musescore not playing back
Every thinking relating to playback (buttons at the top, play panel, spacebar) does not work. I've tried looking at https://musescore.org/en/node/96811 however the synthesizer doesn't work for me whatsoever. Any ideas on how to fix this?

We need to know what OS and version of MuseScore.

You say you looked at the "How To..." but just looking will not solve anything. Did you try all the steps in that How To. including Step 9 "If after trying all of the above steps (plus what is suggested below), then please ask for help on the Support forum. Be sure to say which version of MuseScore (Help→About) and what operating system you are on, what audio devices you are using, and what settings you see in Edit→Preferences→I/O after doing the revert to factory settings as per suggestion 2 above."
