Is there an "autofit" settings or mode
Is there an "autofit" setting or mode so that the title, staffs, lyrics, copyright notice, etc. will fit on a specified number of pages, similar to how I can print an Excel document so that "all columns fit on one page?"

No there currently isn't such a function because there are way to many different possibilities and style settings that work together to create the score as you see it.
If you have trouble formatting a specific score to a specific format, then feel free to attach it and describe your issues, so we can look at the possibilities.
