how to get musescore to pay me as an artist
so my brother told me that i can get paid by musescore for uploading my own compostions, he said i have to negotiate with musescore to get that to happen. how do i negotiate with musescore.

That would be musescore.com. Good luck, as far as I can tell so far they only dealt with major publishers.
As far as I know, it's not set up for actual members of the site to be paid. The royalty payments are to compensate people who are not members of the site, whose music was uploaded without their explicit permission. In other words, popular songwriters etc. but indeed, that's a discussion to have over there on that site.
