does not allow me to download some scores

Anybody know why musescore will allow me to download SOME scores, and when I try to download some OTHER scores, it offers me an opportunity to subscribe, and does not allow me to download. I see some scores have a green "PRO" rectangle, but one score that did NOT have a green rectangle was not accessible either.
