Do coloured (''out of range'') notes remain coloured in the printed part?

I've a few notes in a violin part that are high, but playable, but the program recognizes them as out of the violin range and so colours them differently (red I think?). I was just looking at the extracted violin part and the notes in question are still a different colour - does this mean they'll be a different colour after being printed, or will they revert to black at that point?
