how to double the Value of every Note.

Ok, so i have two scores. One is the whole arrangement, the other is only the bass line. What i want to do is to insert the bass line into the arrangement. But there is a problem: the bass line is in 64 bpm and has 45 bars, while the arrangement is in 128 bpm and has 90 bars (both scores sound the same, they're just written different). so if i insert the bass into the arrangement its just two times the speed. So i asked myself, is there a way to double the value of every note so i dont have to rewrite the whole line?
