Plugins Query
I have downloaded 2 new plugins to my plugins folder in QML format, but they do not appear in Plugins Manager. Why would this be?

Try opening them in the Plugin Editor. And then Run from there. That should might give error messages explaining why they won't load/run

Thank you. I can run both plugins from Plugin Creator but I am puzzled why they will not appear in Plugin Manager as they should

They are in my Musescore Plugins Folder. Where else can they go?
