Refund for Subscription
Howdy. Not sure if this is the right place to submit this issue, but I contacted support and was given an automated response. I saw that a PRO+ free trial was available and hoped to use it to download a song, and I intended to cancel before I would be charged for an actual subscription. However, I was charged for a yearly subscription (I did receive the subscription but it is NOT what I wanted or was told I was getting).
Is it possible to get a refund? If so, who should I reach out to?

Sounds like you tried that, maybe it was the weekend though and it might be a while before they can respond. And if you have further questions that users of that website might be able to help with, you could ask over there on that website.
