I have received charges in my bank statement for the amount of $49.00 but have not signed up for any service of yours. Please cancel any accounts you may have for my account or my husbands account under nickolaslarsen94@gmail.com and refund us the money.

Any charges on your account would not have come from the fellow users on this site - we have no ability to charge you for anything. That charge must have come from a subscription you signed up for on the score-sharing website musescore.com. The people who run that website are not mind-readers and could not have guessed your credit card number. You must have subscribed at one time or they couldn't have charged you. But if you've now changed your mind and wish to cancel the subscription you started over there on that website, then you will need to go over there to that website and use the "contact" link to contact their support staff.
