Add Repeat 8va

Hello! I am new to Musescore and I have realized that there is currently no way to have a repeated strain that is played an octave different from the original. Can we get it added as a feature to new versions from now on? I tried playing it with the ottava alta spanning the entire length of the strain, but it also played the first strain higher, and I tried adding a staff or system text saying "Repeat 8va," but there is no way to change is properties to trigger such a second strain playing an octave higher or lower.
