Cannot install extension

I tried installing Musescore on a new drive and when trying to install the HQ extension I got the following error.

I ran the sfc /scannow command on my computer followed by DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth And it downloaded fine today. Must have been a bug on my new SSD. Thanks for your help.
