Read Only
When I create a new score and start working in it, an asterisk appears by the tab with the title and when I try to save it, a box appears saying:
Open Temp File
/Redemption_Song.mscz.temp
failed: Read-only file system
I was using MuseScore with no problems up until a few days ago. Any idea why this is happening and how I may be able to remedy it?

Try saving to another folder. Also try rebooting. I'm not sure why this happens, but either of these might address it. Or use your file browser to locate the named temp file and delete it.
