Fatal Error when opening a Music XML file from Audiveris
I have utilized Audiveris (The application itself from GitHub and not the one with MuseScore) to turn multiple PDFs to Music XML files (MXLs). When I opened one of these MXLs, I get the following error
Fatal error: line 5 column 51 Namespace prefix 'xlink' not declared
This continues for each and every one of the PDFs I have converted. Additionally, nothing is shown onto the window when forced to read the files. How can this issue be fixed?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Probably best by reporting it to Audiveris, I don't see how MuseScore can help here?
Does it load if you ignore that error?
Edit: oh, it does, but shows an empty sheet, right?

correct
Can you post one of the PDFs?

Attached is one of the PDFs and the MXL output from Audiveris. Note that org.audiveris.omr.sheet.BookManager.useOpus was set to true.
Additionally, I used flat.io to open the MXL file and the contents were loaded correctly

The mxl contains 4 xml files (plus another that isn't relevant here)
One of those does actually load and show something (other than just a tilt frame), attached

The problem here is that the PDF is such poor quality. I converted it to a jpg, and cleaned it up as best I could. Converted back to pdf, and open it in a better reader. Still many errors, but less than before. I fixed what I could in the pdf and exported as mxl. Lots of work and not worth it to me to do any more.
You need a better pdf to have a ghost of a chance to do this.
There are some notation choices in the original that seem suspect.
