Musescore is semitone higher
Musescore notes are pitched a semitone higher than my flute.
Is there anything I can do about this please?

If you previously changed the tuning of MuseScore from A=440 to something else in View / Synthesizer, change it back.
Otherwise, more likely the issue is you need tune your flute - that is, if MuseScore is set to A=440, then that should be right, but your flute may be off. Or, perhaps, you are looking at a score for Db piccolo, which does indeed sound a half step higher than written?

Marc, I am totally embarrassed to find that your second guess was right. My flute was tuned down a semitone due to playing along to a bagpipe about 2 weeks ago. I'm really really sorry.
Can I plead that I am recovering from Covid?
