Playback makes no sound
I created a file and got done with it. The entire time I was creating it, I played it back to make sure it sounded good. Once I was finished I saved the file and closed out of everything. I then went and opened the file so I could have someone listen to it. I clicked play and the blue bar moved along with the music, but no sound no matter what I did. I then did a factory reset on musescore and it still will not make any sound.

If the bar moves, then your audio device is recognize, it would be more likely something simple like, you turned the volume down, either don't he computer itself or in View / Synthesizer. While in the latter window, be sure you didn't also inadvertently delete the soundfont.
