Prima Volta in "Lines" not saving Line thickness change.
I'm running Windows 10 with M/score 3.6 on a new PC. I am having trouble saving the change to the Line thickness re. "Prima Volta".
I can change the thickness ok it will not save this change when I save the file.

Unfortunately, that's a known bug. A possible workaround - and possible better method anyhow - is to set this thickness change as a style setting (press the "S" button). That's viable - and preferable - if you want all your voltas to be this same thickness.

Same here. Was sure it had been reported, but all I found are “sort of similar” issues.

It now is: #331033: Line thinkness of voltas not read from score
Edit: rather see #317163: Dashed volta lines come back as continuous after the score is saved., explains why we both remembered such an issue ;-)

Thankyou to everyone.
I did try pressing the “S” & I found that this did work & the file was able to be saved as normal. I’m very happy.
I’m pleased I’ve learned how to do another process in MuseScore thanks to the knowledge people of this excellent forum .
