my sound won't play
I was trying to have make the output go to my wireless headphones but I can't play anything or change the settings in preferences. I have already tried to rest the factory settings and it won't reset.

See https://musescore.org/en/node/96811 for suggestions to try. Regarding the headphones in particular, make sure they are connected and turned on before starting MuseScore, but the screenshots you show suggest the problem lies elsewhere.
