piano pedal stave change?

I found it easier to leave pedal lines at the stave they are related to (notes they are between). But I tried now to use CTRL-Shift-arrow to move between staves but it did not work. Any easy way to do it?
Example attached where third would be nice to have in line with other two. I don't play piano so I don't know if this is actually a good idea.
