Refrains. With separate verses.
How do I get refrain to repeat and return to the next verse. When I use D.C. it goes to the beginning but it plays verses from the beginning.
I need it to play R, v1 R, v2 R, v3 not R, v1,2,3,

If your verses are identical and have no repeats, then you should be able to just add an end repeat line:
Refrain, Verse :|
