Repeat sign not working

First part repeats fine for me. Perhaps you inadvertently turned off playback of repeats? Turn it back on using the toolbar button.
Do you really want the 1st measure being played 3 times (and a 4th time due to the D.C al Coda)? if not: the end repeat barline in measure 3 is the culprit for that. If yes, better add a 3rd volta to measure 4
If you want the D.C al Ccoda to play the repeats in the 1st section, tick the corresponding box in the D.C's Inspector
