I can only print flute 1 on this piece, Dance of the Water Faries, https://musescore.com/user/204621/scores/5438513
Is there a way to print all three parts?

First you need to create the separate parts. Follow this menu option:
File > Parts... > Select Part > click "All Parts"> click OK
Then you will see three extra tabs, one tab for each Flute part. So now the separate parts exist.
Next step is to create the separate PDF files for the parts:
File > Export... > Export to PDF File > What to export > tick Flute 1, Flute 2, Flute 3 > click Export
Finally, print each PDF file.
