How to make prima volta ending open & how to make repetitive song jump over to seconda volta
I have a favor to ask of you. I have two questions regarding volta endings as follows:
1. How to make prima volta (1st ending) open
2. How to make repetitive song jump over to seconda volta (2nd ending)
Your advice would be appreciated.

In Inspector set Endhook to none
BTW: Also delete all the duplicate voltas, you have many on top of one another.
The better and correct solution though is to extend the prima volta all the way to the end repeat barline
If you apply 1 correctly (and indeed remove the 5 instances already piled on top of your voltas), then (2) happens correctly automatically.

Those multiple voltas probably got added by mistakenly double or quintuple clicking - see #313977: Double clicking on a pallet item should not add two identical elements. For future reference, only click once on the pallet item to add it to the score (until that issue gets fixed).
