cue notes to play only in second repeat

I'm putting a score of an acapella song onto Musescore so my group can practice using it. The solo has two sets of lyrics in repeated bars. The second set of lyrics has notes that the first set of lyrics doesn't have. How do I make those cue notes happen only on the second time of a repeat?

Several options:

Use voltas, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/voltas. If this is at the end of the repeat, else it may or may not work
Write out the repeat, See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/tools#unroll-repeats
Ignore playback and leave it to the musicians to find out. Mayne together twith s staff text

Voltas won't work unfortunately since it happens in the middle of the lyrics. The other stuff may work but I'll just leave it alone for now. Thank you
