Efficient workflow from MuseScore to DAW, or vice versa?

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a workflow, that enables from MuseScore MIDI export, such that in DAW I will have CC data, key-switched articulations, velocity. Or if I start in DAW, if upon import in Musescore, dynamics, etc are also imported for score marking.

If you think about it, technology already exists to facilitate this. I mean imagine if you have violin track in a DAW, channels 1-5, where each channel is some articulation, and during import you could specify an articulation mapping. Also, imagine doing volume swells in the DAW, via some CC. In theory, one could program a swell detector to add up/down ramps. Or, depending on how library uses modulation, expression, you could even automatically assign dynamic markings like p, pp, etc, based on thresholds of the CC that determine the mappings. That would be wild.

In other words, given how much information is contained in a DAW tracks, or in MuseScore, there should be some progress in almost seamlessly going from DAW to Score, or Score to DAW, in a way far easier than what is typically recommended.

Ideas?
