Accessing Soundfont

Hello,

I downloaded some soundfonts online and I was wondering how I could access them now that I have them?
I checked the handbook/forums and they didn't really show me how. I am on a MacBook if that helps at all

See the main SoundFonts page - the very first section is called "Installing a SoundFont". This explains the process of double-clicking the file and the alternate process of manually copying it to your Soundfonts folder.

Then see the Synthesizer page to learn how to actually use that soundfont once installed - especially the section entitled "To load a soundfont"

Then if you wish to use multiple soundfonts and need to select between them on an instrument-by-instrument basis, see the page on the Mixer, and in particular the section labeled "Sound":
