Deleted file
My file didn't get deleted, but all of the progress got deleted. As if I had never saved it for months. Its version is as it was a long time ago. I know I have saved it since then. I don't know what to do. I don't know if there is a version history or something. I don't know what to do. I am so upset, please help

If you had generated the file with an old version, then opened it and saved it with, say, 3.6.2 the last save of the score is probably in the MuseScore 3 folder:
Almost certainly, you simply saved it to a different folder than the one you are currently looking in. Be sure the folder you are opening from is the same as the one you saved to. Don't rely on "recent file" - actually use File / Open to find the exact folder your saved to. Or, if you don't remember because you normally just access it via recent files, or you weren't paying attention when you first saved it, use your computer's built-in search facility to find all "MSCZ" files.
