Finally a couple of long awaited features on MS 4

The first are old style multimeasure rests, and then the double bar repetition sign! Great work! Being playing a little with some Nigthlies and looks very promising. I'd say it can already be used to produce high quality scores. Playback needs some working (trills do not work), but I am aware i'ts a nightly pre alpha.
