re: automatic roman numeral harmonic analysis?

Dear all,
Is there any tool or plugin that I can use in songs to understand the harmony of a song particularly jazz with roman numerals?
I am trying to improve my harmonic skills and I think this would be very useful
thanks in advance

I'm not aware of any automated tools for this. There are some plugins that can attempt to identify chords based on looking at the notes, but they just give you chord symbols, which I assume is what you already have,

Realistically, even if such tools existed, I would say that doing your own harmonic analysis is probably the better path to improving your harmonic skills. That is, the process of learning to do the RNA is going to be a big help in learning to work better with harmony. I actually recommend doing this as much as possible by ear. Learn a song from a lead sheet and/or recordings, then work on playing it from memory while thinking about the sounds and relationships between notes and chords as opposed to the actual pitches, then play from memory in other keys by reproducing those same relationships on the fly, and along the way looking for connections to other songs.
