Profile picture and Profile banner

I am unable to upload a profile/profile banner to my profile
I have tried:
-Turning off ad-blocker (I saw it in another forum, however i have PRO so i though it may not work, and it didn't.)
-Using jpg, and png files.
-Refreshing
-I used PC and Mobile and it failed on both platforms
