Autoscrolling with musescore?
I am aware that musescore detects MIDI, but is there any way to activate an automatic scrolling feature through MIDI (or to build one for that matter)? Kinda like Simplypiano/flowkey, etc.
It would really cool to download music scores, and play them with a real piano and while pressing the CORRECT KEY, the sheet music would automatically keep scrolling.
is there anything within musescore to achieve this? Or any available plugin?

Someone made a fork of MuseScore 2 for such a purpose some years ago, see https://musescore.org/en/node/287463
I realize today that the iPad app has a perfect automatic scrolling, the whole music score moving one line up at the end of each line … why can’t we have the same functionality on windows ? Thx

This is not what this topic is about. The request here is to have the music automatically scroll along according to someone playing the correct notes by checking those notes.
The iPad app does not have that function.

MuseScore does scroll auytomatically in that way on Windows. if you've previously turned that feature off, just turn it back on, by clicking the "Pan score automatically" button on the main toolbar.

Marc,
I did turn the « pan score » button on
But there is a big difference btw the iPad and my PC
If I use single page mode the screen of my PC will move to the next screen at the end of the last line of the screen preventing us from anticipating the first measures of the next screen
If I use the continuous view I only have ONE line moving from right to left which doesn’t give a global view on the score
Whilst on the iPad the score will move one line up each time the end of a line is reached, always giving us the view on a full screen of the score and allowing us to anticipate on what’s coming … lot better
Hope,I could make myself clear, not so easy to explain !
Thx for your support
