Score setup
In the setup wizard, when I enter the copyright information, it sometimes requires two or even three lines of text. I can't find a way to do that. When I set it up and go the the score, I can't select the text and change the text size, or force it into two lines. What am I missing?

Musescore is not great at text formatting. The way to do what you want is to create the text first in a text editor (MS Word works fine). Then copy/paste into the copyright field of the set up wizard, or for an existing score into the score properties dialogue - [File]>[Score Properties].
