Would it be a good idea to create a page in the appendix of the new MS4 handbook on "How to set up a MIDI keyboard for note entry". Or, if not, a "How To"?

Definitely a good idea to have more info on interfacing with external devices. Right now that functionality is still in flux, so I'll propose we wait until post-beta before trying to sort it out.
