Exporting the attached MS score as a MIDI file and then looking into that file shows that not one of the properties is correctly exported - see Drehorgeltest.mid file and Drehorgeltest.csv which contains the CSV export of the midi file with midicsv.exe. This is irritating if the MIDIs are used by further tools - see the screenshot UsingDrehorgeltest.JPG. The wrongly exported title (seems to be some random staff name - the title changes to some other staff name on the next export!) is especially strange.

In contrast, I have attached a MIDI file and screenshot from another notation tool, where one can see that the information is exported correctly.

As a remark: Musescore exports "MIDI file format 1" files, which contain multiple simultaneous tracks; what a "title" is assumed to denote in a MIDI 1 file's track chunk, is debatable, IMHO. One might argue that this is an instrument or staff name, not the song's title. I do not know, and understand, how the MIDI 1 inventors wanted song information to be put into a MIDI 1 file - but I'd assume that the header chunk could still contain all the meta messages (see e.g. https://www.recordingblogs.com/wiki/midi-meta-messages) to transport such information. Anyway, losing all the information about a piece is not nice ...

See also https://musescore.org/en/node/326151, which however talks about MIDI import; I dont know whether this is related.
