Android issues after subscription renewal
Anyone else on Android having problems? I recently renewed my sub but the account hasn't reactivated. Tech support says it should be working but I can't use the mixer or transpose tools as it keeps asking me to take out a mew subscription. I've removed the app several times but nothing changes. Tech support has not responded with a workable solution so far.

This site doesn't have subscriptions or Android apps - presumably you are looking for musescore.com. I see you've already tried their support staff, but while waiting for a response, if you want to check in with users of that site, best to do so over there on that site - say, in the "Improving musescore.com" group.
