Sound stopped working for musescore

I am a middle school band director. Last year musescore worked great for me, this year, I have been unable to get the sound to work for play back or note input. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked all settings. It's not my computer because everything else plays just fine (youtube, amazon music, etc..). I even uninstalled and downloaded the newest version and installed that hoping it would fix it, but I still can't hear anything at all?

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
