Vertical Spacing of Systems.
How do I decrease the vertical spacing of Systems. I've been searching with no luck. You can see in the picture there is waaaayyyyy to much space on my page and I don't understand what happened. Can you help?

What you're noticing is the vertical justification attempting to distribute the remaining empty space on the page between the available systems. The goal is to get a more balanced page fill across multiple pages.
If you only have one page and one instrument (as in your example) you can consider disabling vertical justification for that score in Format > Style > Page
