Deleteing copies from my Songbook

Hi When I upload a copy to my songbook the title does not appear but instead I get a ten figure number, but I can still play the piece, when I try to delete the copy by pressing the three dots instead of getting a pop up menue with the delete option the screen goes all blue and freezes can anyone help pleae
