default size and position of the "mixer" window

• Nov 20, 2022 - 07:55

Hello
By default the mixer opens (F10) in a floating window in the middle of the screen. The window is too small and does not show everything, I have to resize it to show everything.
After this setting, if I close the file and open another one, it is kept, but if I quit the program and open it again, the blender opening returns to its default size and position (floating window too small in the middle of the page)
Is it possible to change the default size and position?
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, revision: 3224f34
I asked this same question on the French forum. The answers received are interesting but do not allow me to change the default setting.

Hello
I checked "continue last session", modified the score to be able to save it, I closed the score and musescore and the mixer still opens by default as before (window too small to see all instruments).
Thanks for your advice

I'd the same problem some time ago.
It's not entirely clear what caused this, but as I recall, I resized the mixer window and moved it around a bit. Also, I moved the Musescore main window back and forth a bit, although I don't remember if that was necessary either. It's probably only then that the new sizes and positions are saved.
After reopening Musescore, the mixer window had the new desired size.

Well, finally I used the strongest means, Help>restore default settings... .
This restores the expected behavior, i.e. saving the size and position of the mixer.
