In theory, if you set your chord symbols to use solfeggio note naming within MuseScore, then upon upload to musescore.com, they should continue to display that way - both on the website and when viewed via the mobile apps. If you're set up your score that way in MuseScore but its not displaying that way in the mobile app provided by the folks at musescore, that's something you'd need to head over to that website to ask about. If you're asking if there if the mobile app can be made to perform editing operation like changing chord symbols, pretty sure the answer is no, but there too, musescore.com is the place to ask about that.
