Changing copyright date

• Nov 25, 2022 - 08:40

I have a couple of songs that I started writing the music for in 2019 and have just finished the songs today in 2022. When I created the songs I put in "2019" as copyright date as "filler" so that something would be in there, and now am trying to change it to 2022. When I double click on the copyright info at the bottom of my scores it opens a box showing my footer info as "&:copyright:". Apparently is is getting this copyright date info from somewhere else in the program, but I cannot figure out where. Can someone tell me where this information resides? Also, when I try to change the information in the footer it will not change it. I type something in, and it just goes back to what it was before. (There is no "Save" or "Submit" button in the dialogue box to click on.) How can a person change the info in their footer? And, most importantly, is there a way I should have figured this out without having to ask you all? (-:

There is an OK button at the bottom of the style dialog window, try resizing the window if it's currently off-screen for you.

The copyright information as entered in the new score wizard can be found (and altered) via File > Score Properties

Thank you. I found the Score Properties and changed the copyright date. I would still like to be able to change what's in the footer, though, and I am not able to find the OK button. I can grab the edge of the box and resize it sideways, but there seems to be no way to resize it vertically or scroll down to where I assume the OK button is below.
